A simple, secure payment site for Travelers Direct Bill Insurance customers who wish to pay their bills on line without a user ID and password.

What operating system(s) does Travelers Express Pay for Business Insurance support?

Travelers supports both the Windows and MAC operating systems.

What browsers does Express Pay for Business Insurance support?

Travelers supports Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Please keep in mind that Internet Explorer is not available on MAC operating systems.

Can I use my Smartphone for Travelers Express Pay for Business Insurance?

Travelers supports Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher, Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Customers whose Smartphones have internet access and use these supported browsers should be able to access Express Pay for Business Insurance.

Can I use an iPad?

Travelers supports Apple products which utilize supported operating systems and browsers. Customers whose iPads have internet access and use the supported browsers should be able to access Express Pay for Business Insurance.

Travelers Express for Business Insurance accepts payments initiated through an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). If you have not used this personal or business savings and/or checking account for EFT payments, please contact your bank to confirm your Bank Transit Routing Number and Bank Account Number are set up for this type of transaction.

Payments will post to your Travelers account within 48-72 hours.

Payments will post to your Travelers account within 48-72 hours.

Where can I find the Account Number, Policy Number and Billing Area ZIP code?

Your billing account number consists of 9 characters. It is indicated on a bill as “Account No” and on a notice of cancellation as “ACCOUNT”. The billing account number consists of alpha and numeric characters.

A policy number consists of 8-10 characters. It may be a combination of alpha and numeric or all numeric characters. The policy form consists of 1-4 characters and may be all alpha, numeric or a combination of both. The policy form will always immediately follow the policy number separated by a space.

Can I schedule future payments?

No. This site is designed for same day single payment transactions. We do however, offer a service that allows customers to view and pay current and future bills. If you would like to manage your account and view future bills then we invite you to enroll in Travelers e-Pay. You may complete the enrollment process by selecting the following link Enroll.

Can I delete or change a scheduled payment?

No. This site is designed for same day single payment transactions with a through confirmation of payment process. Therefore after these confirmation steps have been selected and agreed to the payment may not be deleted or changed.
